Our founder, Ayesha Ahmed, entered the cosmetics industry in 2017 by launching the online beauty platform Peel and Pamper in Bangladesh. Starting with carefully selected skincare products imported from Thailand and Malaysia, the business quickly earned customer trust through its focus on quality and authenticity.
With 9 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, Ayesha recognized the need for premium skincare that combines high quality with affordable pricing. This vision led her to relocate to Thailand in 2022, where she established Pinkish by Ayesha, taking advantage of Thailand's advanced cosmetic manufacturing and innovation.
Today, Peel and Pamper proudly serves customers in both Bangladesh and Thailand, while Pinkish by Ayesha develops skincare products made with carefully selected ingredients, trusted manufacturing standards, and a dedication to quality.
As we continue to grow, our mission remains simple: to make premium skincare accessible to everyone while earning the trust of customers in Bangladesh, Thailand, and beyond.
